• Perform the tasks of coding, testing and deployment of application programs with AI technologies;

• Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT

• Perform system health check, Root Cause Analysis, Problem and Issues Reporting. System Implementation of proof-of-concepts, technical studies and related projects;

• To participate in pilot testing and studies of applicable new technologies running on different platforms and/or software stacks;

• Prepare user manual and technical specifications;

• To work with contractor to manage project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

• should demonstrate strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes with proven experience deploying AI workloads on both cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and  on-premises edge hardware

• Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewall configuration), and secure remote access solutions (WireGuard, SSH tunneling) is required, particularly in the context of managing distributed systems across isolated or bandwidth-constrained remote sites;

• Solid experience in feasibility study, system analysis & design;

• Experienced in Government Project

• Experience with GPU/NPU resource management, hardware sizing for inference workloads, and optimization of AI services for low-power or ruggedized edge devices is a strong advantage
