Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, Website, user application system, system software and hardware
Provide on call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years' experience in network support
Hands-on experience in Switch, Router, WiFi Controller, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
