Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of Group Supply Chain Operations: Lead cross-functional teams and manage full supply chain operations encompassing material planning and procurement, inventory control, distribution, and logistics
Strategic Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives in alignment with company objectives
Performance Management & KPI Leadership: Set strategic goals and KPIs, and monitor quality and delivery performance
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Oversee enterprise-wide supply chain compliance and governance, safeguarding operations against regulatory risk while maintaining the legal standards in international trade, customs, environmental, and safety requirements
Strategic Supplier Relationship Management: Lead global supplier selection, performance governance, and strategic partnerships with key vendors and third-party logistics providers; negotiate high-impact contracts to drive cost leadership, innovation, and supply assurance
Supply & Distribution Strategy Optimization: Optimize supply and distribution networks by evaluating delivery-mode efficiency, cost, service levels, and sustainability to determine the most effective transportation and routing strategies
Inventory Control & Delivery Assurance: Manage and monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Demand & Capacity Planning: Drive, plan and monitor the material and finished goods purchases based on order demand and production capacity
Budget Control & Cost Optimization: Control budget and expenses of supply chain activities, monitor budget allocation, and set up cost-saving measures
Ad Hoc Assignment: Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, with proven leadership in MNC environment
Solid experience in material planning, strategic sourcing, vendor development, and logistics management
Good understanding of international freight forwarding, transportation, trade compliance, and customs processes
Proficient in MRP/ERP systems strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Workbase: China (Dongguan)
