What you’ll be doing?
- Assist customers for account opening, including both deposit and investment account, as well as to complete the sign-up of all onboarding necessities.
- Educate and cross-sell customers on ATM services, as well as OCBC’s online banking (including internet and mobile banking) to increase the digital adoption & usage by customers.
- Meet-and-greet customers in the bank hall and triage in-branch customer traffic
- Handle customer’s general enquiries and non-financial transactions such as password reset, change of credential information etc.
- Provide digital support to customers and may engage to digital workshop to share and promoting our Bank’s online banking and digital services
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- RI licenses required. TR license preferred
- At least 1-year solid experience on branch banking services preferably in banking field)
