What you’ll be doing?
- Process cash and non-cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote OCBC's products and services to customers, such as accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Who are we looking for?
- A degree or diploma in any field is desirable, or candidates who possess relevant work experience equivalent to the required academic standard will also be reviewed
- Minimum 1 year experience in counter service in retail banking
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
