Your Role:
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure top-tier service.
Manage and train front-of-house staff.
Handle guest feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and assist with cost control.
Requirements:
3+ years of supervisory experience in Chinese Cuisine, Hotel, Clubhouse, Fine Dining Restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin/English is a plus.
Passionate about high-quality service and team development.
