Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs and presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, page layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, typography, infographics, asset creation - illustrations, icons, etc.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format
• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/7 department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.
• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. 
• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use
• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.
• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree
• At least 4 years work experience in creative support in a corporate, service environment, ideally in a financial institution
• Experience of proofreading presentations within a financial environment is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience is preferred
• Knowledge of external print processes is preferred
