Responsibilities:

·       Perform daily accounting operations includes preparing vouchers and bookkeeping;

·       Manage accounting information in compliance with company policies and accounting standard in a timely manner;

·       Coordinate with banks on facilities arrangement and assist in handling documentation;

·       Assist in cash flow forecast and full P&L forecast;

·       Prepare month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing activities include balance sheet reconciliation, advance payment, accruals, and accounting reports

·       Handle and coordinate with auditor for the statutory audit and tax computation and return

·       Coordinate with subsidiaries / affiliates / head quarter for all the accounting matters

·       Perform any ad hoc projects/ assignments as required.

 Requirement:

·        Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines or above;

·        Self-motivated, Detail-minded with attention to accuracy and have a strong sense of responsibility; able to meet tight deadlines;

·        Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet;

·        Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting field;

·        Well experience in outlook, practical experience in ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred)

·        Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;

·        Immediate availability is highly preferred;

·        Candidate with more experience would be considered as Accountant
