The Mission

As a Solution Consultant, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the complex, high-security requirements of our elite clientele.

You’ll be the person who hears a client’s "pain point" and maps out an AI-powered future that is both innovative and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

•     Architecting the Future: Lead discovery sessions with enterprise and government stakeholders to identify productivity bottlenecks and design bespoke solutions using TeamNote’s AI-enhanced suite.

•     The "Art of the Possible": Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase how Generative AI and LLMs can transform their specific workflows.

•     Bridging the Gap: Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into new features, ensuring our AI roadmap stays grounded in real-world utility.

•     Technical Advisory: Navigate the complex landscape of data privacy, on-prem vs. cloud deployments, and security protocols—critical for our government and enterprise partners.

•     Proposal Crafting: Technical writing for tenders and proposals, ensuring our value proposition is clear, compliant, and competitive.

Who You Are (Requirements)

•     The Hybrid Mindset: You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, but more importantly, you speak both "Developer" and "C-Suite."

•     Experience: 3–5 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Account Management within the SaaS or Enterprise Software space.

•     AI Literacy: You don’t need to code an LLM from scratch, but you must understand RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and the practical limitations/opportunities of Generative AI.

•     The "HK Factor": Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is a strong plus. You understand the local business culture and the specific regulatory nuances of the HK market.

•     Problem Solver: You don’t just identify problems; you have a "bias toward action" and can sketch out a solution on a whiteboard (or a digital equivalent) in real-time.
