Responsibilities

• • • • Design and implement end-to-end test strategies for complex enterprise projects, including cloud migrations and integration initiatives.

      • Lead and mentor a distributed team of test leads, QA analysts, and automation engineers across multiple geographies.

      • Develop detailed test plans and schedules, tracking progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).

      • Establish and enforce testing governance and quality standards aligned with organizational and client requirements.

      • Manage stakeholder communications across business, technical, and executive levels to clarify scope and manage expectations.

      • Oversee test environments, data management strategies, and overall system readiness activities.

      • Manage defect prioritization and risk mitigation, driving resolution across technical and business teams.

      • Drive automation strategies and introduce modern testing practices aligned with DevOps and CI/CD models.

      • Monitor and report on testing metrics to identify and implement process improvements.

      • Support business development through bid assistance, test solutioning, and capacity planning.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 10+ years in software testing, with at least 5 years in a Senior Test Management or Lead role.

• Track Record: Proven experience managing testing for enterprise-scale implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, Core Banking).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in tools like Selenium, JMeter, UFT, Postman, and methodologies for API and Performance testing.

• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps (including CI/CD practices).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive-level stakeholders.

• Certification: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (ATQB) or equivalent is highly preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Sector experience in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance) or Public Sector transformation.

• Familiarity with quality frameworks such as ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 or TMMi.

• Background in professional services or consulting environments.
