Responsibilities:

• • • Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, execution, completion, and handover

    • Oversee project cost, programme, construction progress, quality, and risk management to ensure successful delivery

    • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, codes, and regulatory standards

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive smooth communication and project coordination

    • Monitor project performance and resolve issues relating to design, construction, quality, and project risk

    • Support decision-making through effective stakeholder management and practical project control

                                        • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline

                                        • Proven all-round fit-out project management experience, with stronger exposure to CRES preferred

                                        • Hands-on experience in cost, programme, construction, quality, and risk management is essential

                                        • Strong understanding of statutory code compliance is essential

                                        • Good knowledge of the design and construction process is required

                                        • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills are necessary

                                        • Previous project experience in Johor is essential

                                        • Candidates who are available immediately or within 1 month will be preferred
