• Manage the full set of accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and receipt follow-up
• Process timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
• Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare monthly schedules and assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements as required
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., auditors, banks, suppliers) on accounting-related matters
• Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (full set of accounts preferred)
• Solid hands-on experience in AP, AR, payment processing, and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience in SAP, MYOB, or Xero is an advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
