Responsibilities:

• • • • Lead all stock counts across boutiques, offices, and warehouses. Prepare and review monthly stock reports, resolve operational issues, and drive automation and streamlining of inventory control processes and reporting.

      • Serve as a finance business partner to support functions. Deliver insightful analysis, challenge business risks, and provide strategic support for key initiatives including Omni-channel development and digitalization.

      • Monitor boutique sales and collections, perform credit card reconciliations, ensure month-end closing complies with IFRS and Group guidelines, prepare turnover reports, and support both internal and external audits.

      • Manage reconciliation of gift certificates. Oversee control monitoring for retail and e-commerce processes, and ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

                                        • Degree in Accounting or Finance (HKICPA/ACCA preferred) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in inventory, accounting, finance, or retail operations, including audit and landlord reporting.

                                        • Strong data analysis skills, sound business acumen, and excellent problem-solving ability to evaluate complex situations and provide commercial recommendations, with proven business partnering experience.

                                        • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a customer-focused manner.

                                        • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with good working knowledge of SAP, BI tools, Power BI, SharePoint, and VBA. High proficiency in English is essential.
