Key roles and responsibilities:

• Execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies, land matters reports and other consulting works; and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments;

• Participate in pitching of valuation assignments and other business opportunities;

• Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Company; and

• Travel to the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific on required basis.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience; Member of RICS and/or HKIS (General Practice Division) is a plus;

• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin); and

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as lower position, e.g. Valuer / GP Surveyor.
