Key roles and responsibilities:

• To execute valuation engagement projects, including financial model development, comparable analysis, multiple analysis, discount rate assessment, etc. Manager grade is required to lead project team and coordinate the whole project process.

• To conduct data collection, market research, management interviews, site visits and other due diligence procedures to analyze information obtained from various sources; to travel in the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific Region on required basis.

• To prepare valuation reports; and to assist directors in the quality control process.

• To collaborate with other professional service parties including financial advisor, lawyers and auditors. To address standard review inquiry from regulatory bodies such as HK Stock Exchange.

• To write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research.

• To carry out ad hoc projects as directed by senior management on required basis; to occasionally support regular seminar/marketing events.
