Mainly responsible for planning and hosting visits from B-end clients (high volume of overseas clients; fluent oral English required as a working language)
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery and implementation of corporate client reception services.
Plan, apply for resources, and execute VIP client reception programs to achieve business objectives.
Communicate and process daily client reception requests, manage customer satisfaction, and assist in large-scale corporate reception events and meetings.
Accurately identify client needs, accommodate last-minute changes, and exceed customer expectations.
Manage reception-related dedicated resources, including gift inventory and wine storage.
Standardize administrative reception policies and procedures, and provide regular targeted training for relevant staff.
Support and implement large-scale marketing and branding events.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; fluent oral English.
Minimum height: 165cm (female) / 175cm (male); presentable appearance and good temperament.
Strong observation and adaptability skills, excellent communication, coordination and general management abilities, outstanding interpersonal and business development skills.
Keen sense of industry information, detail-oriented with data sensitivity, proficient in data analysis and statistics; relevant experience preferred.
Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing); overseas study experience preferred.
Familiarity with etiquette standards and public relations event procedures preferred.
Experience in hosting, guiding, conference services or hotel operations preferred.
Background in technology or internet enterprises preferred.
