Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit for our own factories and companies

• Assist our factories to fulfill compliance requirements of customers or audits which relate to social responsibility, quality assurance and environmental compliance

• Acquire and maintain certifications, including Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certifications, Global Recycled Standard (GRS), Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), etc.

• Manage company database for product and social compliance documents

• Provide internal training on updated compliance requirement and international standards

• Travel to factories in China, Far East and others when it is necessary

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5 years of work manufacturing experience in apparel and textiles.  

• Experience in apparel and textile trims is a plus – but not a requirement.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.  

• Must be able to lead, develop and work with teams on a collaborative basis.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS office applications 

• Willing to travel China and offshore factories
