We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Financial Product Specialist - Private Credit to join our investment product team. This role focuses on structuring and marketing bespoke private credit solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and develop private debt products, including but not limited to senior secured loans, mezzanine financing, convertible instruments, preferred equity, and receivables-backed structures.

• Support client coverage teams in understanding client financing needs and tailoring debt solutions accordingly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, risk, operations) to ensure robust documentation and product integrity.

• Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and macro conditions impacting private credit offerings.

• Prepare pitch materials, term sheets, and internal approval memos for private debt transactions.

• Collaborate with syndication and investor coverage teams to distribute private debt products to banks, funds, and institutional investors.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field

• CFA/CPA is a plus.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in private credit, structured finance, or leveraged lending.

• Strong analytical and structuring skills with attention to legal and risk considerations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both internal and client-facing settings.

• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
