Responsibilities

• Supervise members to ensure shipment in a timely manner

• Independent correspondence with both external and internal parties

• Prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5 years or above relevant experience
  

• At least 2 years in a supervisor position

• Good command of written English

• Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping documents with L/C knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Excel (especially Pivot Table and Vlookup function)

• Knowledge of SAP system is preferable

• Familiar with shipping battery products is an advantage

• Less experience will be considered as Shipping Clerk
