Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for the Family Office’s investment and property portfolios

• Manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities across Hong Kong and international markets (China, Macau, Japan, Portugal, UK, US), ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Handle cash flow forecasts, treasury, and funding for the property portfolio

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, incorporating property-specific metrics

• Oversee tax compliance in Hong Kong and international markets, working with tax advisors

• Manage insurance matters for the property portfolio, including property and liability insurance renewals, claims processing, and documentation

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency

• Maintain company secretarial records for compliance

• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

• Lead and manage the team under his/her supervision and motivate them to maximize their performance

• Handle ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA, or similar qualification preferred

• At least 10 years’ accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft office, strong in Excel is A Must; knowledge of accounting software Sage is a plus

• Familiar with treasury, legal & tax compliance, and governance in Hong Kong and global markets (China, Macau, Japan, Portugal, UK, US)

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus
