Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for the Family Office’s investment and property portfolios
Manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities across Hong Kong and international markets (China, Macau, Japan, Portugal, UK, US), ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handle cash flow forecasts, treasury, and funding for the property portfolio
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, incorporating property-specific metrics
Oversee tax compliance in Hong Kong and international markets, working with tax advisors
Manage insurance matters for the property portfolio, including property and liability insurance renewals, claims processing, and documentation
Lead the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency
Maintain company secretarial records for compliance
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Lead and manage the team under his/her supervision and motivate them to maximize their performance
Handle ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA, or similar qualification preferred
At least 10 years’ accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office, strong in Excel is A Must; knowledge of accounting software Sage is a plus
Familiar with treasury, legal & tax compliance, and governance in Hong Kong and global markets (China, Macau, Japan, Portugal, UK, US)
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus
