Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with key accounts in the metal semi-manufacturing industry
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities for growth
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that customers may have
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the raw materials industry and market trends
Prepare regular market reports and forecasts for management
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products
Managing price risk; hedging FX and with LME and COMEX futures
Requirements
Degree or above
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferable in raw materials
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key accounts
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Willingness to travel as needed
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
