Job Summary:
This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of key account management and Modern Trade operations experience, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment.
You will play a key role in driving sustainable growth through effective customer management, optimized RGM, and strong partnership with customers, especially key strategic accounts. This role is critical in accelerating growth through Joint Business Planning and strengthening the company’s strategic position in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
(1) Commercial & customer management
Lead and grow Modern Trade business with focus on major strategic customers.
Own volume forecasting, customer stock management, and joint demand planning.
Develop and execute promotion plans, business proposals, and trading term agreements.
Oversee GTN and budget processes.
Drive JBP development and ensure high quality OTIF execution of agreed initiatives to support KPIs.
(2) Channel & execution excellence
Maximize distribution, availability, and in store visibility with strong execution of display and OSA targets.
Tailor channel strategies to enhance customer preference, drive channel growth, and improve shopper conversion.
Execute effective customized activation to support shopper conversion.
(3) Strategic growth & business development
Accelerate value creation through sustainable RGM and optimized investment.
Strengthen leadership in Modern Trade through strong execution and customer partnership.
Deliver long term channel share expansion and improve commercial fundamentals.
(4) Business insights & analytics
Use shopper, market, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and shape customer strategies.
Monitor competitive activities, channel trends, and market dynamics to proactively adjust commercial plans.
Partner with customers on data sharing to strengthen insights and joint planning.
(5) Cross functional & operational leadership
Drive cross-functional alignment, represent customer insights in internal planning, and proactively manage business risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in key account management and Modern Trade operations.
Skilled in RGM, commercial planning, budget management, and trading terms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly result driven, analytical, and data led in decision making.
Strong problem solving capability with the agility to adapt quickly to market changes, customer needs, and operational challenges.
Proven ability in project management, cross functional collaboration, and execution excellence.
Ability to build trusted, long term partnerships across customer teams and internal functions (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
