About the Role:
This role will drive revenue growth and expand market presence for the company’s apparel labelling and packaging solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with apparel brands, garment manufacturers and buying offices. The candidate must have strong industry knowledge of garment trims, labels, packaging materials, and production processes.
Responsibilities:
· New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the apparel sector—brand labels, care labels, heat transfers, hangtags, woven labels, RFID labels, sustainable packaging, and other garment trims.
· Client Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with apparel brands, vendors, buying offices, sourcing teams, and manufacturers. Proactively visit client sites (factories, sourcing offices) to understand production needs and propose suitable Labeling and packaging solutions.
· Technical & Product Support: Provide product knowledge and technical guidance on materials such as woven/printed labels, heat transfers, RFID/QR smart labels, sustainable packaging, swing tags, polybags, and cartons.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM updates, and regular business performance reporting. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
· Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams on artwork development, production feasibility, pricing, and logistics. Partner with marketing on product launches, sustainability initiatives, trade shows, and client events.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, Apparel Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–8+ years of B2B sales experience in the apparel trims, labels, packaging, or related textile accessories industry (brand labels, care labels, heat transfers, hangtags, woven labels, RFID/QR smart labels, sustainable packaging, polybags, cartons, etc.).
Demonstrated success in new business development and winning accounts within apparel segments: fashion, sportswear, lingerie, childrenswear, denim, and lifestyle.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
Experience participating in trade shows, product launches, and sustainability initiatives is preferred.
