About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Account Manager/ Key Account Coordinator to support our Key Account Manager in managing international sports brand accounts. This role involves ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts for international sports brands while nurturing strong relationships through effective communication.
Engage daily with clients to drive business development and deliver customized solutions that address their specific needs.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to enhance revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, production, customer service, and overseas departments, to streamline business operations.
Support the creation of seasonal catalogues and product presentations to effectively showcase offerings.
Maintain comprehensive reports and documentation to monitor account performance and track progress.
Apply analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within accounts.
Utilize experience in marketing, sales, and merchandising within the apparel, fashion, or sports sectors, with a focus on trims.
Align product strategy and go-to-market plans with commercial teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product catalogues and promotional materials.
Represent the product at industry events and trade shows.
Participate in the rollout of new programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B marketing.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to self-accountability.
Ability to promote a collaborative team environment and work effectively as a team member.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to enhance client interactions.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is advantageous for design-related tasks.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
