Responsibilities
Managing internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, labor laws, and sustainability goals, while promoting ethical practices across the supply chain
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with local and international regulations, including labor standards (e.g., Fair Labor Association, ILO conventions), health and safety requirements, and customer-specific codes of conduct
Liaise with external auditors and third-party certification bodies to facilitate compliance audits and certifications
Coordinating with third party audit firms, follow-up and schedule audits, prepare respective CAP / CAR / CAPA report to identify risks, non-compliance issues and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 ao above in Textiles / Engineering / Corporate Social Responsibility or related discipline preferred
Candidate with knowledge or background in compliance, auditing and ESG frameworks and reporting will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2 years of relevant experience is a plus
Knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g. BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, SA8000, WCA, SLCP etc.) is an added value
Detail-minded, good communication skills are essential
A Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Travel to offshore factories is required
Must be willing to be stationed in Heshan, Jiangmen China; the Company will provide on-site accommodation and meals
