Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of Shopify and HKTVmall, including order processing, price updates, customer inquiries and logistics arrangements
Closely monitor product and inventory levels, and proactively remind the team when stock is running low
Work closely with the team to support the planning of various marketing activities and strategies, aiming to optimize online and offline sales and enhance the customer experience
Respond to customers’ inquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms, instant messenger and product reviews
Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listing, pricing, content updates and inventory management
Assist in conducting market research to understand homeware design trends
Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce or marketing
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or marketing is preferred
Understanding of social media / online content platform trends
Be proactive, collaborative and detail-obsessed
With an interest in lifestyle / homeware products
Proficiency in MS Office
