Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations — AP, AR, and general ledger

• Perform intercompany and overseas agent reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up

• Take charge of month‑end closing and assist in preparing consolidated financial data

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insightful financial analysis for Asia

• Monitor funds across Asian entities and produce weekly cash flow updates

• Support the Manager in reviewing key Asia Group financial submissions

• Assist with general administrative tasks within the Finance Department

• Participate in ad‑hoc projects that drive process improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in CargoWise is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

• Proactive, self‑driven, highly attentive to detail

• A strong sense of responsibility and a team player

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines

• A mindset that challenges the status quo and embraces process improvement

• Candidates with more experience may be considered as an Assistant Accountant
