Responsibilities
Drive and grow assigned key accounts to ensure long-term business success
Maintain frequent and close communication with colleagues at our German headquarters
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively identifying new business opportunities
Pursue new business opportunities, consistently building a strong pipeline and delivering new revenue growth
Act as a key liaison between local buying offices, headquarters, international clients, and global partners
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and business analyses
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, identifying new opportunities, risks, and growth levers
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win business outcomes
Proactively identify challenges and implement innovative, solution-driven approaches
Occasional business travel may be required depending on business needs
Reqirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in an international environment, including at least 2 years within the toy industry
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
Good understanding of European and Asian business cultures
Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Canva
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
