Responsibilities :

• Administrative related work

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties

• Handle suppliers’ invoices, vouching and payment

• Responsible for Accounts payable processing 

• Data entries, invoice checking, filing and documentation

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin

• Immediately available is highly preferable

Requirements :

• F.5 /DSE graduate or above with LCCI Level 1/ higher certificate 

• Minimum 2-3 years accounting & admin experiences 

• Good PC skill in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

• Skill in MYOB

•  Mature, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive 

• Know well in LC process handling

• Know well with bank settlement

• With experience in Chinese-funded import and export trading companies are preferred.
