Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Metal trims / accessories – garment trims or handbag metal parts (buckles, zipper pulls, logo plates, rivets, chains, etc.) 

• Design to prototyping – Understand drawings and able to drive and work with factories for quotation/sampling/prototyping.

• BOM negotiation – Find right factory, review BOM, negotiate cost & lead time 

• Speed  from  tooling to first samples – Able to monitor deadline and push suppliers to shorten tooling lead time and expedite first samples 

• Quality review – Has good quality sense and also able to work with Quality Manager on testing criteria & approvals 

• Agile, fast response, never drop a deadline – must manage time zones (HK + France) with proactive updates and on-time delivery
