Responsibilities:

Ordering & Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely warehouse bookings

• Process and verify sales orders with high accuracy

• Partner with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

• Act as a key liaison between Sales and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports

• Generate insights using internal data and external market sources

• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in Power BI dashboards

• Support the sales team with data-driven analysis to enhance performance

Team Support & Administration

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Assist in coordination of internal activities and company events

• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain an organized and efficient working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or sales support, ideally in FMCG

• Prior exposure to retail channel operations is a strong advantage

• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data tools (Power BI preferred)

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage

• Strong coordination and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven approach

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
