Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a wide range of promotion campaigns, including large-scale events and seasonal decorations (e.g. Halloween, Easter, and Christmas)
Coordinate with external vendors for event management, festive decorations, and advertising
Liaise with tenants and strategic partners to develop joint promotions that enhance sales and customer traffic
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Conduct market research, customer surveys, and business analysis to support marketing strategies
Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required (including non-office hours and public holidays)

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Property Management, or related disciplines
4 years or above of relevant experience in marketing, promotion, or public relations, preferably in shopping malls or retail sector
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly sensitive to retail trends and customer behaviour
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Marketing Officer
