Responsibilities:

                              • 负责所有公司机构的全面税务管理工作；

                              Managing full spectrum of tax affairs for all group entities;

                              • 负责为新项目提供税务意见和筹划；

                              Responsible for providing tax advice on new transactions/ investments;

                              • 落实转让定价管理、落实BEPS2.0、支柱二和安全港的要求；

                              Conducting transfer pricing review and implementing BEPS 2.0, Pillar 2 and Safe Harbor measures;

                              • 负责纳税申报和应对税务局的询问信；

                              Responsible for tax filing of the group entities and handle queries from tax authorities;

                              • 负责国有金融资本产权登记和其他日常相关工作；

                              Responsible for registration of state-owned financial capital and ownership rights and other daily related matters;

                              • 跟踪税收法规变化并评估对我司业务影响；

                              Provide impact analysis on tax legislation changes;

                              • 与外部审计师和税务顾问紧密合作。

                              Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 持有专业资格(ACCA, CPA, CFA or FRM) 和财务、会计或其他相关大学学位；

                                  Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or FRM)；

                                  • 至少三年于金融机构/四大会计师事务所税务工作经验；

                                  At least 3 years of tax related working experience gained from financial institutions/ Big 4;

                                  • 熟悉中国香港税法、中国大陆税法、转让定价及BEPS 2.0法规；

                                  Familiar with HK tax, PRC tax, transfer pricing and BEPS 2.0;

                                  • 具备对金融机构业务了解；

                                  Broad knowledge of financial services experience;

                                   

                                  Technical Skills / Soft Skills Requirement 技术或软技能要求

                                  Good team player with good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills;

                                  ·        優秀的逻辑思维和分析能力；

                                  Strong logical and analytical mind;

                                  ·        精通Excel和Word各项功能；

                                  Proficient in various functions of Excel and Word;

                                  ·        流利的普通话口语和书面中文及英文。

                                  Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese and English.
