• Supplier Sourcing: Discovering, vetting, and onboarding reliable manufacturers, vendors, and service providers.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating commercial terms, payment structures, volumes, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency.

• Market Research: Analyzing cost benchmarks, industry trends, and global supply shifts to forecast potential price fluctuations.

• Relationship Management: Nurturing long-term vendor partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact to resolve supply bottlenecks.

• Performance Tracking: Reviewing supplier metrics against key performance indicators (KPIs) to handle quality issues or compliance failures.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree

• 3-5 years relevant working experience in garment buying office

• Proficiency in excel & Pivot table, V lookup

• Good command of English and Chinese

• A good team player, self-motivated and organized
