Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver a personalized, play-based curriculum covering early literacy, numeracy, and fine motor development.
Create engaging daily routines that promote language acquisition, vocabulary expansion, and spatial awareness.
Foster curiosity, focus, and critical thinking through interactive, gamified learning approaches rather than traditional desk-based instruction.
Lead daily enrichment activities, including art, music, storytelling, and introductory physical activities.
Support social-emotional development by guiding emotional regulation, confidence-building, and positive peer behaviors through structured play and role-playing.
Maintain consistent communication with parents, providing updates on developmental progress, reading milestones, and tailored learning strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in early childhood education or private household settings.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
Highly organized, energetic, proactive, patient, and discreet, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for child development and a commitment to nurturing in a private family setting.
