Provide full business and marketing support to the Founder, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and day-to-day coordination.
Arrange and accompany the Founder on local and overseas business trips, events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and schedules.
Assist with marketing activities for the skincare business: social media content management, basic copywriting, simple design coordination, and campaign follow-up with external agencies or vendors.
Handle confidential documents, correspondence, expenses, and basic reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Photos shooting and samples/products packing
Support ad-hoc projects and personal matters assigned by the Founder.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a founder, entrepreneur or related.
Previous experience in Marketing or social media campaign preferred
Strong interest or experience in skincare / beauty / lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin; ability to handle business communication in both languages.
High level of integrity, maturity and discretion when handling personal and business matters.
Detail-minded, well-organised, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel frequently with the employer (including short notice trips).
Comfortable working from the employer’s residence at The Peak, Monday to Friday.
