工作職責:

1. 負責生產基地與香港業務團隊之間的運營協調、數字化支持及系統支持工作， 保障跨境供應鏈順暢運作。

2. 支持及優化供應鏈運營平臺，包括採購、庫存、訂單管理、物流及客戶交付 等業務運營數據管理，實現跨境及國際業務協同。

3. 整合並分析生產運營數據、香港訂單及海外銷售數據，支持業務運營和管理 決策。

4. 參與供應鏈數字化管理流程及運營平臺的實施與優化，提升自動化運營、流程效率及跨地區協同能力。

5. 與內地生產運營團隊、供應商、香港業務團隊及海外客戶保持日常運營協調及業務溝通。

6.  因業務及發展需要，需經常前往生產基地及合作夥伴進行運營協調、流程支持及現場問題處理。

7. 支持集團持續推進供應鏈數字化、運營優化及數據管理體系升級，提升長期 跨境運營能力。

職位要求:

1. 計算機科學、信息技術、供應鏈管理或相關專業本科或以上學歷。

2. 具備 3 年或以上數字化運營支持、系統運營管理或跨境業務協調相關工作經 驗。

3. 熟悉 Linux、Python、MySQL、Redis 或相關運營系統及資料庫技術。

4. 具備運營數據分析、自動化運營或流程優化相關經驗者優先。

5. 具備良好的中英文溝通能力，能夠協調香港、內地及海外合作夥伴，有海外學習或生活經歷者優先。

6. 能夠適應經常往返生產基地及合作夥伴現場出差及運營支持工作。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operational coordination, digital operations support and system coordination between production operations teams and Hong Kong business teams to ensure smooth cross-border supply chain operations.

2. Support and optimize supply chain operational platforms covering procurement, inventory, order management, logistics and customer fulfillment to facilitate cross-border and international business coordination.

3. Integrate and analyze production operational data, Hong Kong order data and overseas sales data to support business  operations and management decision-making. 

4. Participate in the implementation and enhancement of supply chain digital management processes and operational platforms, enhancing operational automation, workflow efficiency and cross-regional coordination.

5. Coordinate with Mainland China production operations teams, suppliers, Hong Kong business teams and overseas customers regarding daily operational support and business communication.

6. Frequent travel to production sites and business partners is required for operational coordination, workflow support and on-site issue handling.

7. Support ongoing supply chain digitalization, operational improvement and data management initiatives to enhance the Group’s long-term cross-border operational capability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in digital operations support, system operations management or cross-border business coordination.

• Familiar with Linux, Python, MySQL, Redis or related operational systems and database technologies.

• Experience in operational data analysis, operational automation or workflow optimization will be an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with the ability to coordinate with Hong Kong, Mainland China andoverseas business partners. Candidates with overseas study or living experience will be preferred.

• Able to travel frequently to production facilities and business partners for operational coordination and on-site support.
