❶ Project Manager (Accounting)
Work Duties / Responsibilities :
Accounting AI Project Planning & Scope Definition;
Define project goals, scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, and technical requirements with stakeholders;
Resource Allocation & Team Management;
Assign tasks to developers, testers, designers and IT teams; manage workloads and coordinate cross-functional members;
Project Scheduling & Milestone Tracking;
Create project schedules, set key milestones, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery;
Risk Identification & Mitigation;
Identify technical, schedule, budget and operational risks; develop contingency plans to avoid project delays;
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting;
Regularly update clients, management and stakeholders on project status, progress, issues and results;
Budget Control & Cost Management;
Monitor project spending, control costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within approved budget;
Requirement Gathering & Management;
Collect, analyze and document business and technical requirements; manage requirement changes properly;
Quality Assurance & Delivery Control;
Oversee system development, testing and deployment; ensure final IT products meet quality and functional standards;
Change & Issue Management;
Handle unexpected technical issues, scope changes, and resolve conflicts within the project team;
Project Closure & Documentation;
Complete project handover, organize project documents, conduct post-project review, and summarize lessons learned.
❷ Accounts Assistant (Part- time/Full Time)
Work Duties / Responsibilities :
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries;
Preparing statutory accounts;
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct;
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.;
Recording and filing cash transactions;
Controlling credit and chasing debt;
Invoice processing and filing;
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve;
Bank reconciliation;
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers;
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation;
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries;
