Job Description:

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the upgrade project, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and alignment with organizational goals.  Lead and oversee a critical SAP upgrade initiative, specialized in Warehousing, Delivery and Order Processing

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of the SAP upgrade, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage change control processes and oversee testing, training, and go-live activities.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably with SAP implementation or upgrade projects around FMCG Logistic Field

• Strong leadership, people management, analytical with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Team player, with drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levels

• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, logical thinking and able to work independently and under pressure

• Highly self-motivated, self-start and result-oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Chinese

• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing, and SAP ERP systems

• Solid experience with SAP implementation (both ECC & S4 Hana) around FMCG Logistic Field

• Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in changing management and user adoption strategies.
