Key Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Business, HR, Accounting, or legal-related disciplines.
1–2 years of corporate administrative or clerical experience (Fresh graduates with good potential will also be considered).
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Meticulous, organized, and a good team player with good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Contract Administration: Manage the contract filing system, handle scanning/archiving, and track contract renewal and expiry dates.
Basic Contract Review: Assist in checking standard contract templates, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and verifying basic commercial terms.
Compliance Support: Help gather and check operational compliance records from internal departments to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate communication between internal business units, external legal counsels, and government authorities.
Administrative Support: Provide daily clerical support, prepare meeting minutes, and perform basic internet research on general regulatory topics.
