Responsibilities:
Conduct market and data analysis to identify channel trends and shopper insights and translate them into channel-specific strategies and action points.
Support planning and OTIF execution of retail activations and trade events.
Work with Sales and agencies to deliver Perfect Store execution, in-store demos, sampling programs, and monthly in‑store evaluation.
Oversee POP/POSM design and production, sourcing, inventory, and implementation in retail outlets.
Drive execution excellence through tracking of key success measures such as On Shelf Availability, Share of Shelf, Planogram, in-store placement and right assortment, formulating action points and working closely with Sales.
Lead a team of Merchandisers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execution to achieve business objectives.
Monitor A&P spending and ensure compliance with company financial guidelines.
Provide post‑activation evaluations and insights to improve future performance.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support integrated commercial and brand plans.
Work closely with Head of Channel and Category Development and Regional teams on improvement projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Admin. / Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Key Account Sales experience preferred.
Experience in FMCG (Retail / B2B) is a must.
Knowledge in the planning and execution of virtual stores’ layout and promotion messages in eCommerce channels is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Nielsen or similar data tools is an advantage.
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Hands‑on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Highly self-motivated, self-start and results oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Chinese.
PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing, and SAP ERP systems
