• Responsible for maintaining and supporting Active Directory services, Azure Directory services, Microsoft 365 services, Collaboration Services, Power Platform, Copilot, Viva Suites and Digital Workplace Infrastructure Management

• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications such as Sharepoint Online, Viva Suites, Copilot, and AD/AAD related services

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and AD/AAD services, including resolve incidents and handle service requests, root cause analysis and problem investigation; and conduct impact analyst and testing, execute the change request. 

• Prepare change plan, conduct impact analyst and testing, execute the change request and work closely with other technical teams until completion

• Support Windows and Office365 software upgrade

• Support upgrade preparation and testing, arrange testing sessions with application teams and users, monitor the rollout schedule and progress, assist project related activities.

• Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline

• At least 8 years of experience in managing AD/AAD and M365 systems, preferably in a large complex environment

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and other endpoint management tools and platforms

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS, IOS, Android, and other operating systems and devices.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and M365 best practices and standards

• Proven experience in supporting sizable and complicate IT Infrastructure and endpoint management support

• Powershell scripting knowledge and experience is required

• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with end users, IT teams, and stakeholders at all levels

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
