Responsibilities:

                              l   Handle the day to day trade support functions ( trade booking , confirmation , reconciliation , client services ) for products such as Equities, Bonds, Fixed Income, Repo, Structured Notes, Swaps etc.

                              l   Ensure no discrepancy between orders done by front office and trade booking in back office systems.

                              l   Act as the first point of contact for all trades post-execution and pre-settlement issues, liaise between clients, counterparties, business departments and settlement team to resolve any discrepancy.

                              l   Investigate and resolve any breaks related to trade bookings.

                              l   Assist in client static handling, includes but not limited to input of client master data, documentation control, follow up of outstanding documentation, update of client data, handling of welcome letter, returned mail, correspondence with clients.

                              l   Evaluate work flow and work with team to streamline process.

                              l   Review appropriate controls are in place and comply with regulations and company internal policy, escalate when appropriate.

                              l   Participate in project and UAT.

                              l   Other tasks as and when assigned by supervisor and/or Department Head.

                              l   Attend and take all relevant compliance and risk training; fulfil all compliance responsibilities as required for the job; participate in raising risk awareness in the department; comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; responsible to the reporting and following up on all incidents, and implementing corrective actions related to your department; monitor team members complying with regulatory and contractual requirements and internal guidelines; and responsible for ensuring job description are written, distributed and updated for your team members.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • l   3+ years of experience in a related role at a financial institution with solid experience in Global Equity, Bonds Markets, Swaps, Structured Products and Notes, Commodities

                                    l   University Degree in Finance or Business related

                                    l   Knowledge and experience on client on-boarding (KYC) and AML required will be a plus

                                    l   In-depth understanding of the Operations workflow

                                    l   Strong communication skills

                                    l   Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
