Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle
Managing the full recruitment cycle (job posting, arranging interviews).
Handling employee onboarding and offboarding.
Conducting background checks and processing visa applications.
Administering payroll, MPF, insurance, and employee benefits.
Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accurate records.
Ensuring company policies comply with local labor laws and best practices.
Assisting with the annual performance review and appraisal system.
Acting as the point of contact for staff inquiries.
Organizing staff events, activities, and internal newsletters.
Overseeing workplace facilities, office supplies, and vendors.
Providing front-desk reception services and greeting visitors.
Who You Are:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (HR + Admin).
Good knowledge of HR best practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and understanding of international HR practices.
An exceptional communicator and listener with high emotional intelligence, able to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Fast learner, self-motivated and detailed-minded.
Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
