Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand marketing campaigns, including joint-promotions, events and public relations activities

• Act as the key point of contact for PR agencies and media by preparing comprehensive briefing documents and ensuring smooth and timely implementation of promotional activities to maximize brand exposure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, celebrities and KOLs

• Develop and manage social media content plans and posting schedules, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand strategy

• Plan, develop, and manage promotional materials, including eDMs, in‑store POP, and other campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and strong commercial effectiveness

• Monitor promotion execution, gather feedback from social media and customers, analyse campaign performance, and propose practical improvements to enhance effectiveness

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners (e.g. vendors and service providers) to align on promotional objectives and ensure on‑time delivery and execution

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above holder in marketing, public relations, journalism or related disciplines preferred

• Minimum 1-year experience in PR or Marketing related field, applicants with relevant internship experience in related industries are also welcomed

• Strong marketing sense with a solid understanding of current marketing trends

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with skills in using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tool are a plus

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
