Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier quotations and calculate BOM costs across various programs.
Handle credit and debit notes related to supplier and customer cost variances.
Serve as the primary interface for customers regarding quotations, cost analysis, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to support planning, cost control, purchase orders, and sales projections.
Participate in procurement and logistics planning based on production forecasts.
Prepare statistical data and management reports for analysis.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree holder or above
Field of Study: Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management / Accounting / Computer Engineering / or related disciplines
Years of Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in PMC / Purchasing
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and costing analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for direct interaction with customers and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, SUMIF, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Independent, responsible, and proactive team player with sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
