• Analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, understand system needs, and provide technical solutions.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, coding according to requirements and specifications, and conducting testing.
• Monitor the operation of applications, resolve issues, and fix errors. Perform code modifications, upgrades, and optimizations to ensure application stability and performance.
• Work closely with team members and other relevant stakeholders to complete projects, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge.
• Keep track of and research the latest application development technologies and trends, continuously learn and enhance skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines.
• Solid proficiency in frontend technologies: Vue 2/3 ecosystem, JavaScript/TypeScript, H5, responsive mobile web development; experienced in Webpack/Vite build tools and frontend performance optimization.
• Proficient in backend technologies: Common backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot), RESTful API design & development, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and basic server deployment & environment configuration.
• Basic UI/UX awareness, proficient in using AI tools for prototype design to efficiently complete visual scheme iteration and restoration.
• Familiar with componentized development, full-stack architecture design, front-end and back-end API integration, and Git workflow; able to independently complete end-to-end development, testing and online troubleshooting.
• Experience in using AI tools to improve work efficiency: Proficient in applying AI tools (e.g., code generation tools, technical research tools, debugging assistants) to complete technical research, code writing, problem locating and development efficiency improvement.
• Capable of analyzing business requirements, converting demands into technical solutions, and ensuring stable user experience for customer-facing services.
• Good team communication, collaboration and self-learning ability; proactive in following full-stack industry trends, technical upgrades and AI tool application.
