Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall architecture design and deployment of security frameworks for public cloud, multi-cloud, and multi-model environments
- Design and implement robust security systems for AI Agents
- Lead the team in developing, debugging, and launching core modules
- Spearhead the R&D of cutting-edge optimization techniques, including token billing optimization, edge-to-cloud performance etc.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to rapidly integrate Token optimization and security capabilities
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline for patents, software copyrights, academic papers, and industry awards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, or a related disciplines
- Holder of professional certifications in security, cloud, or data privacy (such as CISSP, AWS Security, or CDSP)
- 8+ years of experience in AI system R&D, LLM engineering, Network/Cloud/AI Security or other relevant exp.; 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Possess deep expertise in LLM principles, RAG, Agent architectures, and optimization techniques
- Proficient in cloud-native technologies, API gateways, network security, and architecture diagramming/testing tools to successfully drive cost-efficient and secure AI implementations
- Fluent communicator in Mandarin (with Cantonese or English preferred) and possesses high-level professional writing skills
- High sense of responsibility, strong resilience under pressure, and a strict result-oriented mindset
- Adaptable to business travel between Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese cities; possesses a global mindset and strong resources integration capabilities
