Responsibilities:

Handle documents or parcels
Carry out receptionist duties
Manage incoming telephone calls and inquiries
Handle incoming/ outgoing mail and courier services
Perform routine office administrative support duties

Requirements:

F.5 or above
Possess good communication skills and telephone manner
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Basic knowledge in MS Excel and Word
