Shipping coordination — package, label, and handle domestic and international invoicing.
Clerical support — review supplier invoices, prepare customs clearance documents, and compile test reports.
Administrative tasks — maintain organized storage locations and ensure compliance with shipping and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic/international shipping
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
